I am a doctoral researcher in the Public Systems Group at IIM Ahmedabad. My research interests include public policy, energy and mobility transitions, digital governance, and the evaluation of public programmes. I am particularly interested in using empirical research to understand how policy, technology, and institutions shape public service delivery and social outcomes.
